Open Question: What's my chances of getting into a good university?

I'm currently a sophomore in high school and want to get into colleges like the University of Michigan, MIT, Stanford, Harvard, University of Chicago. My goal is to get into med school and become a neurosurgeon. Last year i had a 4.0 and this semester i got a 3.5 Freshman Band A Spanish 2 A Geometry A World History A World Literature A Geophysical Science A Sophomore Combination Rackets A Personal Fitness A Spanish 3 B Honors Algebra 2 C American Literature A U.S. History A I think i can get a A in Spanish and a A or B in Algebra 2 next semester and plan to take AP classes later on.
