Open Question: Do you think I can make it to Harvard or Yale?

I'm about 99% sure that I want to do something with law. I'll admit it, I'm not the smartest, I do get good grades but I work extremly hard. My weakest subject is math. My average for math is 86. Sometimes I get better sometimes less but all in all in the high 80s. I do community service, involved in student council, tennis, yoga and Recycling club. I've had a lot of people say that I can't make it and now I'm more determined than ever. Do you think I can make it? I'm thinking of applying to 3 top colleges/universities (Yale,Harvard and Stanford), then 2 more easier to get into schools (Boston College, USC). I'm a freshmen.
